Problem
Solution
Why can I turn on the projector?
Most likely it’s because the battery runs
out of power. Please ensure the battery
is charged for at least 4 hours before
the first use. If the projector still cannot
power on, please use a needle to press
the small hole on the rear of the
projector.
Why does the sound come from my
Android phone when I am mirroring the
screen to the projector?
The projector supports image mirroring
only for Android phone.
Why can’t I display the image from my
Android phone wirelessly?
Please ensure your Android phone
supports Miracast (naming may vary on
different brand’s phone)
Why is my projector’s temperature so
high?
It is normal as the projector is a
high‐lumen product. Please be assured
that a proper cooling system has been
implemented on the projector.
Why is there no image when the HDMI
port is connected?
Please ensure the HDMI cable is
properly plugged in the HDMI port and
the correct input source has been
selected on the home screen.
Why am I experiencing lag when
displaying wirelessly?
It may be because the bandwidth of
your WiFi network is not enough for
wireless image transmission or the
processing power required for wireless
transmission is beyond your phone’s
capabilities.
Does USB port support power bank?
Yes, please turn on USB power in the
setting menu.
