Elle est jointe à votre lecteur V2 CLess pour vous donner les indications nécessaires à son installation. UTILISATION. Une fois votre lecteur V2 Cless installé, vous pouvez l’utiliser. GARANTIE. SECURITE. Afin de bénéficier de la garantie attachée à cet appareil, et afin de respecter les consignes de sécurité, seul une personne agrée peut effectuer les opérations de montage ou de démontage et installer le lecteur. B- Réseau d’alimentation électrique a. N’utiliser que des câbles Parkeon prévus pour les lecteurs Cless b. N’utiler que le câble d’antenne Parkeon avec ses ferrites spéciales CEM c. L’alimentation du lecteur V2 CLess doit être de +12VDC +/-10% C- Trappe d’accès du lecteur La trappe d’accès situé sur le côté (voir chapitre – (DES)INSTALLION DES SAM) doit être en place au cours de l’utilisation normale de l’appareil. DESCRIPTION DU LECTEUR HF Rappel des consignes de sécurité : Choisir l’alimentation électrique recommandée provenant de chez Excelsys COM0 INTERRUPTEUR SMB SERVEUR Connectique du lecteur V2 Cless COM0 = liaison série pour debuguage (option) SMB = connecique RF pour l’antenne HOST = liaison série + alimentation SWITCH = switch de détection de badge (option) V2 CLESS – NOTICE D’UTILISATION - USER MANUAL v1.0 Diagramme de connection COM4 Com 4 Central Unit Unité centrale Power supply de converter Convertisseur tension Antenna cable Câble d’antenne Access Câble du lecteur Cless Contactless reader cable Antenna support Support d’antenne Contactless reader Lecteur Contact Less • Câble du lecteur Cless L’alimentation et la communication du lecteur sans contact avec le connecteur de carte fond de panier sont effectués via un câble identifié par « CLESS » et « PC – POWER CLESS » • Câble d’antenne L’antenne est connectée au lecteur sans contact par l’intermédiaire d’un connecteur coudé SMB et d’un connecteur droit SMB. V2 CLESS – NOTICE D’UTILISATION - USER MANUAL v1.0 4.INSTALLATION DU V2 CLESS 4.1 Module Outils nécessaire: tournevis empreinte Philips Temps requis pour l’intervention : 2 min Autre composant à retirer/manipulation initiale : Couper l’alimentation du périphérique en mode EMS ou avec le bouton devant le CPU • • • Déconnecter le câble d’antenne et le toron du lecteur sans contact Retirer légèrement les deux vis de fixation avec un tournevis ayant une empreinte Philips Dévisser les deux boulons de maintien du module Câble antenne Vis de fixation X2 Câble lecteur sans Contact Lecteur sans contact • • • • • Retirer le module défectueux Mettre le nouveau module avec les SAMs (si présent dans l’ancien) Connecter les câbles de l’ancien module Appuyer sur le bouton de mise en route du CPU Effectuer un test fonctionnel en utilisant le test « test de connexion » du menu EMS « lecteur de carte voyageur » V2 CLESS – NOTICE D’UTILISATION - USER MANUAL v1.0 4.2 Antenne • • Connecter le câble d’antenne Fixer la sur les quatre vis V2 CLESS – NOTICE D’UTILISATION - USER MANUAL v1.0 5.(DES)INSTALLION DES SAM Outils nécessaire : Clef de 8 Temps requis pour l’installation : 8 + 3 min • • Dévisser la vis qui maintien la trappe de SAMs Effectuer une rotation de la trappe de SAMs Vis de fixation connecteur SAMs Lecteur sans contact • • • • • • Trappe d’accès SAMs Retirer les SAMs de leur module Insérer un nouveau SAM dans un emplacement vide Remplacer le lecteur si besoin Connecter les câbles au lecteur sans contact Appuyer sur le bouton de mise en route du CPU Effectuer un test fonctionnel en utilisant le test « test de connexion » du menu EMS « lecteur de carte voyageur » V2 CLESS – NOTICE D’UTILISATION - USER MANUAL v1.0 6. UTILISATION JOURNALIERE Il n’y a pas d’attention particulière à respecter. Nettoyer l’antenne tous les ans avec de l’alcool Isopropylique. V2 CLESS – NOTICE D’UTILISATION - USER MANUAL v1.0 10 7. Only use Parkeon Contacless reader cable b. Only use Parkeon antenna cable with it’s Ferrite for EMI protection c. PRODUCT CONTENTS Carefully preserve the packaging of the V2 Cless and the antenna. It must be re-used whenever the reader is shipped. V2 CLESS – NOTICE D’UTILISATION - USER MANUAL v1.0 17 13.INSTALLING THE V2 CLESS 4.1 Module Tools required: Philips head screwdriver Time required for the intervention: 2 min Other components to remove/Preliminaries: switch off the power to the devices in EMS mode or with the button on the front of the CPU. • Disconnect the antenna cable and the contactless reader cable. • Slightly unscrew the two fastening screws with a Philips head screwdriver. • Unscrew the two bolts holding the drive module. Connect the cables on the previous drive module. Press the power button device of the CPU. Perform a functional test using the "test connection map" from the menu EMS "travel card reader. V2 CLESS – NOTICE D’UTILISATION - USER MANUAL v1.0 19 14.INSTALLING AND REMOVING SECURITY ACCESS MODULES Tools required: key 8 Time required for the intervention: 8 + 3 min • • Unscrew the screw that locks the access trap SAMs. Rotate the trap to access locations of SAMs. Locking Screw SAMs slot Contactless reader • • • • • • Access trap SAMs Remove the SAMs their modules. Set new in empty slot positions. Replace the contactless reader. Connect the cables on the previous contactless reader. Press the power button device of the CPU.
