unit but we do notify flwe vehicle manufacturer of the required statements that must be placed in their
users manual, meeting the requirements of the Federal Communications Commission CFR 47, Part15,
Paragraph 15.19(a)(3) and Industry Canada RSS—210, Paragraph 5.11:
A representative copy of this notification letter is attached.

with this unit butwe request that the following required statements be placed in the vehicles manual to
meet the requirements of the Federal Communications Commission CFR 47, Part 15, and Industry
Canada RSS-210.
COMPLIANCE STATEMENT
"This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC rules. Operation is subject to the following two
conditions: 1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and, 2) This device must accept
any interference received including interference that may cause undesired operation,"
MODIFICATION CAUTDN STATEMENT:
"CAUTION TO USER: Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible
for compliance could void the user‘s authority to operate the equipment.“
RF EXPOSURE CAUTION STATEMENT (for a mobile device that must maintain a separation distance of
at least 20 cm):
“RF Radiation Hazard Warning: To ensure compliance with FCC RF Exposure requirements, this
