We, (Pacific Industrial Cot. Ltdtv Godo-cho,Anpachi-gun,Gifu-pref..503-2397 Japan), hereby confirm that
we do not issue an instruction manual for our product PMV—C110. This product is a tire pressure
monitoring system transmitter for vehicles. and one of the automobile parts installed in vehicles as original
equipment
Compllance Statement (RSSZ10 5.11 respectively FCC rules 15.19ta)i:
“This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules and with RSS—210 of lndustly Canada.
Operation is subject to the following two conditions: 1) This device mayrnot cause harmful interference,
and, Z) This device must accept any inten‘erence received including interference that may cause
undesired operation. "
Ce dispositif est declare conforms a la Partie 15 de la Réglementation FCC et a la norme RSS-210
d’lndustrie Canada.
Son fonctionnement est soumis aux deux conditions suivantes:
(1) cet appareil ne doit pas causer d’interférences nuisibles, et
(2) cat appareil doit accepter les interferences recues, y compris celles
susceptibles de causer un fonotionnement indésirable,
”CAUTION TO USER: Changes or modifications made to this equipment not expressly approved by
Pacific Industrial 00., Ltd. could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment
Radiofrequency radiation exposure Information:
The radiated output power of the device is far below the FCC radio frequency exposure limits.
Nevertheless, the device shall be used in such a manner that the potential for human contact during
normal operation is minimized.
Because our PMV-C110 is too small to place above compliance statement on it and because we do not
issue any users manual for our PMV—C110, we hereby confirm that we will inform the car manufacturer
that the compliance statement must be included in the users manual of the car,

Dear Sirs
Our product PMV—C1 10 (IC: 3729A— PMVCt 10) is a tire pressure monitoring system transmitter for
vehicle usage. Since this product will be already installed in cars (as original equipment) when placed
into the US. market, we must hereby request that the following caution statement per CFR 47, Part 15,
Paragraph 15.21 will be added to the car manual,
The title "CAUTION TO USER" or "FCC WARNING:' "NOTE" or relevant title and " Changes or
modifications made to this equipment not expressly approved by Pacific Industrial Co., Ltd. could void the
user’s authority to operate the equipment."
Per RSSZ10, Paragraph 5.11 and CFR 46, Part 15, Paragraph 15.19(a) (3) the following statement must
be added to the car manual:
"This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules and with RSS-21O of lndusu'y Canada. Operation is
subject to "16 following two conditions: 1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and, 2) This
device must accept any interference received including interference that may cause undesired operation."
