We, (Pacific industrial Co., Ltd., Godo-cho,Anpachi-gun,Gitu-pref.503-2397 Japan). hereby confirm that
we do not issue an instruction manual for our product PMVCB11. This product is a tire pressure
monitoring system transmitter for vehicles, and one of the automobiie parts instalied in vehicles as original
equipment.
Compliance Statement (RSSZ10 5.11 respectively FCC rules 15.19ta)):
”This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules and with RSS-210 of Industry Canada.
Operation is subject to the following two conditions: 1) This device may not cause harmful Interference,
and, 2) This device must accept any interference received including interference that may cause
undesired operation. "
Ce dispositif est declare contorme a la Partie 15 de la Reglementation FCC et a la norme RSS-210
d’lndustrie Canada.
Son fonctionnement est soumis aux deux conditions suivantes:
(1) cat appareil ne doit pas causer d’interférences nuisibles, et
(2) set appareil doit accepter Ies interferences regues, y compris celles
susceptibles de causer un fonctionnement indésirable.
“CAUTION TO USER: Changes or modifications made to this equipment not expressly approved by
Pacific Industriai Co., Ltd. could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
Radioirequency radiation exposure Information:
The radiated output power of the deVice is tar below the FCC radio frequency exposure limits.
Nevertheless, the device shail be used in such a manner that the potential for human contact during
normal operation is minimized.
Because our PMVCB11 is too small to place above compliance statement on it and because we do not
issue any users manual for our PMVCS11. we hereby confirm that we will inform the car manufacturer
that the compiiance statement must be inciuded in the user’s manual of the car.

Our product PMV0811 (lC: 3729A- PMVC811) is a tire pressure monitoring system transmitter for vehicle
usage, Since this product will be already installed in cars (as original equipment) when placed into the
us. market, we must hereby request that the following caution statement per CFR 47, Part15,
Paragraph 15.21 will be added to the car manual.
The title "CAUTION TO USER“ or "FCC WARNING:" "NOTE” or relevant title and " Changes or
modifications made to this equipment not expressly approved by Pacific Industrial Co., Ltd. could void the
user‘s authority to operate the equipment."
Per RSSZ10. Paragraph 5.11 and CFR 45, Part 15, Paragraph 15.19(a) (3) the following statement must
be added to the car manual:
“This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules and with RSSaZlO of Industry Canada. Operation is
subject to the iollowmg two conditions. 1)This deVice may not cause harmful interference. and, 2) This
device must accept any interference received including interference that may cause undesired operation."
