we do not issue an instruction manual for our product PMV-C873, This product is a tire pressure
monitoring system transmitter for vehicles, and one of the automobile parts installed in vehicles as original
equipment.

”This device compiies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules and with RSS—210 of Industry Canada.
Operation is subject to the following two conditions: 1) This device may not cause harmful interference,
and, 2) This device must accept any interference received including interference that may cause
undesired operation ”

The radiated output power of the device is far below the FCC radio frequency exposure limits.
Nevertheless, the device shall be used in such a manner that the potential for human contact during
normal operation is minimized
Because our PMV-CB73 is too small to place above compliance statement on it and because we do not
issue any users manual for our PMV-CB73, we hereby confirm that we will inform the car manufacturer
that the compliance statement must be included in the user’s manual of the car.

Dear Sirs
Our product PMV-0873 (IC: 3729A- PMVCS73) is a tire pressure monitoring system transmitter for
vehicle usage. Since this product will be already installed in cars (as original equipment) when placed
into the US. market. we must hereby request that the following caution statement per CFR 47, Part 15,
Paragraph 15.21 will be added to the car manual.
The title "CAUTION TO USER" or "FCC WARNING" "NOTE1" or relevant title and " Changes or
modifications made to this equipment not expressly approved by Pacific Industrial Co., Ltd. could void the
user‘s authority to operate the equipment."
Per RSSZ10, Paragraph 5.11 and CFR 47, Part 15, Paragraph 15.19(a) (3) the following statement must
be added to the car manual:
"This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules and with RSS-210 of Industry Canada. Operation is
