we do not issue an instruction manual for our product PMV—Cs76. This product is a tire pressure
monitoring system transmitter for vehicles, and one of the automobile parts installed in vehicles as original
equipment,
Compliance Statement (RSSZ10 5,11 respectiver FCC mles 15.19tall:
“This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules and with RSS-210 of Industry Canada,
Operation is subject to the following two conditions: 1) This device may not cause harmful interference,
and, 2) This device must accept any interference received induding intelferance that may cause
undesired operation”

The radiated output power of the device is far below the FCC radio frequency exposure limits
Nevertheless, the device shall be used in such a manner that the potential for human contact during
normal operation is minimized.
Because our PMV-CB76 is too small to place above compliance statement on it and because we do not
issue any users manual tor our PMV~CE76, we hereby confirm that we will inform the car manufacturer
that the compliance statement must be included in the user‘s manual of the car.
