Fan Motor Operation
Alter using the oven, the Ian rotate to cook the
electric components This is perlectly normal, and
you can take out the taco train the oven while the
tan operates

Follow These Safety Precautions When Cooking in Your Oven
IMPORTANT
Proper cooking depends upon the power, the
time setting and quantity ot lead. It you use a
smaller portion than recommended but cook at
the time lor the recommended portion, tire could

1) HOME CANNING I DRVING FOODS/SMALL
QUANTITIES OF FOODS

5) CERAMIC TRAY I COOKING UTENSILS / FOIL
0 Cooking utensils get hot during cooking. Use
potholders when removing utensils and Glass
Tray from the oven or when removmg lids or
plastic wrap covers lrom cooking utensils to
avoid bums.
0 Ceramic Tray will get hot during oooking. It
should be allowed to cool betore handling or
belore paper products. such as paper plates,
napkins or microwave popcorn bags. are placed
in the oven Ior microwave cooking.
0 During cooking, heal is translerred train the hot
lood to the cooking utensil and from the utensil
to Ceramic Tray. Ceramic Tray can be very hot
alter removing cooking utensils lrom oven.
0 When using toil, skewers, warming rack or
utensils made ol metal in the oven. allow at least
1-inch (2.5 cm) 0! space between metal material
and interior oven walls. ll arcing occurs
(sparking) remove metal material (skewers etc.)
and/or transler to a non-metallic container
0 Dishes with metallic trim should not be used
during Microwave or Comblnatlon cooking.

or grill manulacturer. Do not preheat browning
dish more than 8 minutes.

8) TNERMOMETERS
0 Do not use a conventional meat thermometer tor
Microwave or Combination cooking. Arcing may

thermometer Ior Combination cooking or Bake. It
may melt.
9) BABY FORMULA I FOOD
0 Do not heat baby lormula or Iood in the
microwave oven. The glass jar or surIace ol the
lood may appear warm while the interior can
burn the infant's mouth and esophagus.
10)REHEATING PASTRY PRODUCTS
- When reheating pastry products, check
temperatures 01 any lillings beloie eating. Some
loods have tillings which heat taster and can be
extremely hot while the sudace remains warm to
the touch (ex. Jelly Donuts).
11)GENERAL OVEN USAGE GUIDELINES I OVEN
