If a voice call is detected, the answering device will begin recording and the caller can leave a voice message. OYou can use a pre-recorded greeting message or record your own greeting message. Setting up the voice message and document reception The total recording time(including the greeting messages) is about 18 minutes. If messages are recorded in a noisy room, the recording time may be shortened up to 11 minutes. II this feature is not required, set the ICM monitor feature to “OFF". 25 Listening to recorded messages When the unit receives voice messages: —the PLAV MESSAGES light will flash. —the call counter will show the lolal number oi recorded messages, and fislow beeps will sound it message alert is set to ON.
