Addendum To Repair Wireless LAN Connection Try the procedures below in the following cases. • When connection to an access point is disconnected without user operation. • When the access points are not found in the [Intel(R) PROSet/Wireless] screen. Right-click on the notification area, and click [Repair]. or Right-click or on the notification area, and change the IEEE802.11a setting. z If you are in the location not allowed for IEEE802.11a (5 GHz wireless LAN) communication, turn off Wireless LAN and then enable IEEE802.11a. Be sure to disable IEEE802.11a before you turn on Wireless LAN. z After this procedure, you may need to return the settings for your application.Ask the system administrator or the person in charge of the network.
