Ensure that the battery and battery charger do not come in contact with conductive objects. For optimal phone performance, use cases and accessories that do not contain magnets in close proximity. When you are unable to make a call: Your phone may be set to “fixed dial.” Cancel the “fixed dial” function. When you are unable to charge the battery: This may be the result of one of the following cases. 1. Your charger may be out of order. Contact your nearest dealer. 2. You may be attempting to use the phone in an overly hot/ cold temperature. Try changing the charging environment. When you are unable to select a certain function: You may not have subscribed to that function, or your network service provider may be in an area where such service cannot be provided.
