I 1" 1 2 PBFS02 EX500 VERTICAL KNEE RAISE ATTACHMENTASSEM_BL¥ Securely attach the DIP SUPPORTFRAMEto the EX500 BASE UNIT’S REAR LEFT UPRIGHT using two (2) I/2 X 3-I/2 BOLTS,four (4) 1/2 WASHERS one (1) 8 IN. CONNECTOR PLATEtwo 1/2 LOCKWASHERS, and two (2) 1/2 NUTS. Insert two (2) 2 IN. SQ. ENDCAPSinto each end of the DIP SUPPORT FRAME. Attach four (4) 5 IN. GRIPS onto the DIP and VKRHANDLES.IF A LUBRICANT IS REQUIRED, RUBBING ALCOHOL THOROUGHLYCOATING THE INSIDE OF THE GRIP IS THE BEST MATERIAL TO USE. Securely assemble the BACKPADto the DIP SUPPORTFRAME,using two (2) 3/8 X 1-1/4 BOLTS, two (2) 3/8 LOCKWASHERS,and two (2) 3/8 WASHERS.BE SURE TO POSITION TIlE PAD THAT THE METAL HIDEM WELT CLIP IS POSITIONED IN THE DOWNPOSITI.ON. o Securely assemble the two (2) ARMPADSto each side of the DIP SUPPORT FRAME,using four (4) 3/8 X 3 BOLTS,four (4) 3/8 LOCKWASHERS, and four (4) 3/8 WASHERS. BE SURF, "I’O POSITION THE PAD SO THAT THE METAL HIDEM WELT CLIP IS POSITIONED AWAYFROM THE DIP AND VKR HANDLES. Before assembling the STEPBRACE to the BASEUNIT, loosen bolts on the LEFTand RIGHT UPRIGHTSat the BASE and TOP BOOM. Loosely assemble the STEP BRACEto the EXS00 BASE UNIT’S WEIGHTSTACKSUPPORT BASE,using two (2) 3/8 X 3 BOLTS,four (4) 3/8 WASHERS, two (2) 3/8 LOCKWASHERS, and (2) 3/8 NUTS. Loosely assemble the STEP BRACEto the EXS00 BASEUNIT’S REARLEFT UPRIGHT,using two (2) I/2 X 3 BOLTS,four (4) 1/2 WASHERS, two (2) I/2 LOCKWASHERS, and two (2) 1/2 o Tighten the bolt connections on the STEPBRACE,and re tighten bolts that where loosened from STEP6. Peel off the paper backing of the ANTI-SKID STRI. P and aahere it to the STEPB.u~4.CEapproximately centered on the tube. 11. Insert the two (2) 2 IN. SQ. X 12 GA’. ENDCAPSinto each end of the STEPBRACE. I I /
