203015 Modular Radio – Instruction Manual
The 203015 Modular radio is an embedded Modular radio designed to be used only with our proprietary host devices.
The 203015 modular radio is installed inside host devices by soldering its castellation style edge connectors to pads on the
board of host devices.
The 203015 Modular radio should not be installed within a system operating simultaneously with other transmitters.
The host system shall have a label showing: Contains FCC ID: YV8-203015, IC: 9922A-203015

This device complies with Part 15 Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
1. This device may not cause harmful interference, and
2. This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the
FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential
installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in

RF Exposure Safety Information
In accordance with FCC requirements of human exposure to radio frequency fields, the radiating element shall be
installed such that a minimum separation distance of 20cm is maintained between it and the user or general population.
Proper use of this radio in accordance to the following guidelines will result in RF exposure that is below the FCC
recommended limits.
1. The host devices are typically wall mounted devices and are not hand held. Most parts of the body, especially the
face or eyes typically will be further than the minimum distance while operating.
2. When using any component containing the modular radio, maintain a minimum distance of 7.9 inches or 20cm or
more from the body of all persons.
3. Only operate the modular radio in the following Legrand host devices: RF Switches, and RF Switch Slave
devices.
