Certificate of Software Validation

This version of Chromeleon software has been designed, tested, validated, and

distributed according to Thermo Fisher Scientific Software Development Cycle

guidelines modeled after ISO 9001:2008 standards. Structural and functional

testing has also been done in accordance with these guidelines. The software has

met all functional specifications and release requirements. For public release, the

protocol for changing Thermo Fisher Scientific software products includes

documentation of the release and the archiving of source code in a secure

location.

Release Notes for this version are provided with the software.

If required for detailed review by authorized governmental or regulatory

representatives, Thermo Fisher Scientific provides confidential access to source

code at Thermo Fisher Scientific development facilities along with access to

documents and reports related to Thermo Fisher Scientific software products. A

standard non-disclosure agreement may be required. All documents shall remain

in the possession of Thermo Fisher Scientific Corporation at all times.
