PROLINE G2 SOLID DOORS (SINGLE OR OVERLAPPING DOUBLE)
APPLICATION
PROLINE G2 Solid Doors (Single or Overlapping Double) feature
a solid swing and a high load capacity. The Smooth Glide latching
system is made from quality components and incorporates an
innovative timed latch action ensuring a solid door seal with a low
closure force.
FEATURES
•
Smooth Glide latching system – for a smooth, reliable and
repeatable door close over enclosure lifetime
•
Low-profile Swing Handle with key lock; other options available
•
Seamless polyurethane gasket (UL Component Recognized)
provides a water-tight, dust-tight seal against moisture and
contaminants
SPECIFICATIONS
•
Single doors available for frames up to 1000 mm wide
•
Overlapping double doors available for frames 800 mm wide and
greater
•
Door bar system on all doors
•
Timed latch engagement to ensure top and bottom of door catch
reliably
•
Three Delrin® rollers to prevent metal-on-metal grinding;
3-point latch system
•
Durable double-flanged latch rod
•
Key lock insert standard; other options available
• Single doors can be hinged on left or right (default left);
overlapping double doors can have the primary door as the left or
right door (default right)
• 14 gauge (1.75 mm) mild steel
• 150-degree hinging standard (180-degree option available for
single doors)
• Door can be reversed without removing the side covers
• Can be used on front or rear of enclosure; can be used on the
sides of enclosure with side door adapter (not included)
• Two grounding studs
• All mounting hardware included
Overlapping Double Doors – Additional Specifications
• Primary door with Smooth Glide latching system for a smooth,
reliable and repeatable close over enclosure lifetime
• Secondary door has two latch points with a center lever to ensure
secure door closure
EMC Doors – Additional Specifications
• Plated to provide corrosion resistance while maintaining a metal-
to-metal contact with the metal fiber gasket
• Metalized non-woven fabric EMI/RFI material covering UL94HP
rated urethane foam gasket
• Plating exposed in interior and paint over plated exterior
FINISH
• Polyester powder paint; RAL 7035 textured light gray standard
• Dip coated primed
• Custom colors available
