2-Hour Fire Rated Enclosure
Nora Lighting's new specification-grade, fire-rated, new construction
recessed downlight was designed to meet strict fire safety codes in
commercial, multi-family and residential applications. The cULus listed
double wall fixture incorporates a non-combustible fiber insulation to
prevent the passage of flames, toxic gases, and ignitable
gasses into ceiling plenums and is rated for a minimum of 2
hours protection. In addition, the non-combustible fiber fill
acts as sound-deadening material, eliminating the transfer
of sound between floors, excellent for use in home theaters.

· Uses standard Nora reflectors, trims and LED retrofits
· Available for incandescent, CFL and LED sources;
consult factory for GU24 socket housings

·24-1/2" Bar hangers with captive nails and alignment foot
·Accommodates 1-1/4" maximum ceiling thickness
(Consult factory for increased ceiling thickness)
· Fire tested
· Can be used in standard applications as a sound canceling
housing between floors
