Wright & McGill Rod and Reel Limited Two-Year Warranty

Wright & McGill guarantees the original owner with a limited two-year warranty against defects in

workmanship and materials. If the product should fail due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will

replace the product, at our discretion, and return it to you. Simply return the product with a copy of your

original receipt directly to the Wright & McGill Warranty Center. In order for us to complete the warranty

as quickly as possible, we must have the entire product including the broken parts.

Please ship to the address below, freight prepaid, insured for your original purchase price in a disposable

container. Include a copy of the original purchase receipt and a check or money order for $30.00

payable to Wright & McGill Co. to cover the cost of processing and handling. (International customers will

be charged actual shipping and insurance costs, and will be responsible for all related customs and duty

charges.) Please be sure to include your name, address, email, daytime phone number including area

code and a short note describing the problem.

Should we decide to replace the damaged product, but no longer offer the exact model, we will provide

you with the closest comparable model of equal value from our current product line. If, after the second

year or the defect is determined by our technicians to be due to normal wear and tear, accident, neglect

or misuse, the product can still be replaced at a reasonable cost. You will be contacted and a full

estimate will be provided. This warranty is limited to replacement of the product and does not cover

direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damages resulting from the use of this

product. This warranty does not cover fire, theft, loss, intentional breakage, modification or

customization. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential

damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific

legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

The warranty is not transferable and is only good to the original owner. This warranty is the only warranty

expressed or implied applicable to the Wright & McGill product. This warranty will be honored solely by

the Wright & McGill Co.
