Provide as much information as possible such as size, material, finish,

type of connectors needed and laser engraving or screen printing required.

Warranty- All Semtron Inc.® products have a one year warranty on parts and labor except for normally expend-

able items which have a limited warranty of ninety days from the date of shipment to the original buyer.

Shipping- UPS®, FedEx®, and common surface carrier are available shipping options. Please notify sales of

Returns- An RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number must be issued for returns. No returns will be
