Toreducetheriskofdeath,personalinjuryorpropertydamagefromfire,electricshock,fallingparts,cuts/abrasions,and
otherhazardspleasereadallwarningsandinstructionsincludedwithandonthefixtureboxandallfixturelabels.
Beforeinstalling,servicing,orperformingroutinemaintenanceuponthisequipment,followthesegeneralprecautions.
Installationandserviceofluminairesshouldbeperformedbyaqualifiedlicensedelectrician.
Maintenanceoftheluminairesshouldbeperformedbyperson(s)familiarwiththeluminaires’constructionandoperation
andanyhazardsinvolved.Regularfixturemaintenanceprogramsarerecommended.
Itwilloccasionallybenecessarytocleantheoutsideoftherefractor/lens.Frequencyofcleaningwilldependonambient
dirtlevelandminimumlightoutputwhichisacceptabletouser.Refractor/lensshouldbewashedinasolutionofwarm
waterandanymild,non‐abrasivehouseholddetergent,rinsedwithcleanwaterandwipeddry.Shouldopticalassembly
becomedirtyontheinside,wiperefractor/lensandcleaninabovemanner,replacingdamagedgasketsasnecessary.
DONOTINSTALLDAMAGEDPRODUCT!Thisluminairehasbeenproperlypackedsothatnopartsshouldhavebeen
damagedduringtransit.Inspecttoconfirm.Anypartdamagedorbrokenduringorafterassemblyshouldbereplaced.

Caution:Protectlensandoccupancysensorwhensettingluminairedown.
1) Ifreplacingexistingfixtures,disconnectallpowertotheexistingluminaireandremovetheexistingluminairefromthe
ceiling.
2) RemovethenewLEDhighbayfrompackagingandinspectforanydamages.HandlenewLEDfixturewithcare.Donotset
thefixturedownonthelens.Ifdamageddonotuse;callyourlocalrepforreplacement.
3) Thisfixtureisdesignedtohangfromthesuppliedhookora¾‐14NPSorNPTschedule80pipe(notprovided).Ifusingpipe,
useathreadsealant(notprovided)tosealthethreadstopreventwaterfromenteringthefixture.Provideandinstalla
suitablemountingstructureinaccordancewithlocalcodesthatiscapableofsupportingthefullweight(43lbs)ofthe
luminaire.Ifinstallingluminaireontopipe,threadpipeaminimumof5fullturnsontoluminaireandtorquepipeto35ft.
lbs.Tightensetscrewonspliceboxto35in.lbs.Thisluminaireisnotsuitableforuseinhighvibrationareas.Theluminaire
shallnotbelocatedinareaswheretheluminaireexperiencesvibrationinexcessof1/2Gatitscenterofgravitypoint.To
determineifvibrationispresentatorneareachluminairelocation,useaportableaccelerationmonitoringdevice.
4) ConnecttheLEDhighbaywiringtolinewire,black‐to‐black,white‐to‐whiteandgreen‐to‐green.Purpleandgraywiresare
for0‐10Vdimmingandshallbecappedwithawirenut(notprovided)foreachwirewhennotused.UseonlyULlisted
wiringconnectors90C(orgreater)andULlistedwiring(90Corgreater).Wirescanbepulledthroughanyofthebelow
accessplatesperlocalcode.Leadwiresarenormallylocatedbehindthe“AccessPlateForSpliceBox”openingjustunder
thehook.
5) XpointwirelesscontrolsrequireasecondaryfieldcommissioningtoconnecttotheXpointnetwork.
6) Wipeoffexteriordirtanddebrisusingasoftcleancloth.Donotuseabrasivecleanersonopticalsurfacesasthismayresult
inlossofopticalefficiency.

SECTION2:OptionalEquipment
ThisLEDhighbayfixturecanbeorderedwithmultipleoptionswhichmayormaynotbepresentonthefixtureyouareinstalling.
Commonsoptionsare:
1. WireGuard–protectsthelensfromdamage.
2. OccupancySensor–turnsfixtureonoroffbasedonmotiondetectedwithinthespace.
3. EmergencyTestSwitchandIndicatorLight–usedtotestthefunctionoftheemergencybatterypackwhichislocatedinside
thedriverhousing.Pushingtheswitchwillturnofftheincomingpowertothefixtureandswitchitovertobatterypower.
ItisnormalforonlyonesectionofLEDstolightupduringemergencybatterymode.
4. EmergencyLightingMaximumMountingHeight‐Fixturesequippedwithemergencybatterybackupsystemsmaybe
mountednohigherthan30ftperUL924.

1) DisconnectallpowertotheLEDhighbaybeingservice.
2) Removethefixturefromceiling.Servicecannotbeperformedwhilefixtureisinstalled.
3) Allserviceshouldbeperformedbyaqualifiedlicensedelectrician.UseonlyULlistedcomponents.
4) Donotsetthefixtureonthelensorsensor.
5) Removethefourcornerscrewssothatthetophalfofthedriverhousingcanberemoved.Becarefulnottopinch,damage,
orpullanywiring.
6) TheLEDdriversmaybechangedbyremovingthemountingbracketshownbelow.
7) Fusesandsurgeprotectorscanbeservicedwithoutremovingthemountingbracket.
