1) Inspect each module frame used with Solar Bonding Washer to ensure that the bottom mounting surface of
the frame is flat
2) Install Solar Bonding Washer per diagram
3) Refer to table below for applicable hardware and torque:
•UL 467 listed; UL 2703 recognized
•Solar Bonding Washer can be used to bond flat surface anodized/coated or mill finish aluminum or galvanized steel (G90 min)
•The acceptable material thickness is a minimum of 0.062 inches to 0.250 inches (1.57mm to 6.35mm)
•Solar Bonding Washer is designed for SINGLE USE ONLY and functionally will not be guaranteed if reused
•Do not use a module with a frame that prevents the Solar Bonding Washer's contact points from embedding fully
•All installations shall be in accordance with NEC requirements in the USA and with CSA C22.1 in Canada
