AADSM members and $2,675 for
non-members.

Sleep Facility New Accreditation and
AASM member Facility Reaccreditation:
$4,500. Sleep Facility Non-member
Reaccreditation: $7,200. Stand-Alone
HSAT Accreditation: $4,500. NonMedicare DME Accreditation: $2,000.
Discounts are available for facilities that
accredit at least 5 facilities with the AASM.

Sleep Test Center, including Home
Tests: $4,200. Additional location:
$3,000. CPAP/RADS/Nebulizers:
Additional $900.

allocated to complete AADSM Dental
Sleep Medicine Facility Accreditation.

duration, the accreditation process
takes most applicants approximately
6 to 9 months.

1. Submit application and deposit
on cc.achc.org; 2. Submit
accreditation agreement, payment,
and PER checklist; 3. ACHC
conducts the on-site survey; 4.
ACHC sends the survey results and
accreditation decision.

Facilities must submit a new
application and supporting
documentation at least 6
months prior to the facility’s
accreditation expiration date. The
reapplication fee is $1,500 for
AADSM members and $1,675
for non-members. Virtual facility
visits are not routinely conducted
for reaccreditation, but AADSM
reserves the right to request one.

An online reaccreditation application
must be completed every 5 years.
