Troubleshooting
• If controller is not responding, remove batteries and
reinsert batteries. Then power on. If it is still not

• If controller fails to change modes, restart controller
and try again.
• Low batteries can cause the 360° Rocker to lose
sensitivity or malfunction. Replace batteries if this occurs.

9. Take a 10-15 minute break every 30 minutes.

• If the controller cannot be found while pairing, turn
Bluetooth off and back on. Restarting your device and

default into split screen VR mode. You may need to go
to the app settings to turn this on. It should look like the

• Consult your doctor before using the headset if you are
pregnant, elderly, have pre-existing binocular vision
abnormalities or psychiatric disorders, or suffer from a
heart condition or other serious medical condition.

1.Remove cover from bottom of controller and insert two
AAA batteries (not included).

• A comfortable virtual reality experience requires an unimpaired sense of motion and balance. Do not use the headset when you are: Tired; need sleep; under the influence
of alcohol or drugs; hung-over; have digestive problems;
under emotional stress or anxiety; or when suffering from
cold, flu, headaches, migraines, or
earaches, as this can increase your susceptibility to adverse
symptoms.

3.For the first time, it should start blinking. This means it is
ready to pair with a device. Scan for Bluetooth devices
from your device and choose “Utopia 360 Remote”. The
LED will stop blinking once paired.

• Use of the headset may cause loss of balance.
• Never wear the headset in situations that require
attention, such as walking, bicycling, or driving.
• Do not use the headset while in a moving vehicle such as
a car, bus, or train, as this can increase your
susceptibility to adverse symptoms.
• Take at least a 10 to 15 minute break every 30 minutes,
even if you don’t think you need it. Each person is different, so
take more frequent and longer breaks if you feel discomfort. You should decide what works best for you.

5. Put on the headset and adjust the straps for comfort

Note: To connect the remote to a new device, the old
device should be out of range or the Bluetooth should
be turned off on the device. Restart the remote and the

while using the headset. Use caution to avoid injury.

3. Open the cover to the VR goggles and insert your
