POOL INSTRUCTIONS

















All players are sorted by Official World Golf (OWG) Rankings as of the week of the major
$20 fee per foursome entered
Send all entry fees to me preferably via Venmo (@Sanwaldjf) if possible or PayPal
(sanwaldjf@gmail.com)
No limit on entries (Just make sure to designate your multiple entries ie JohnA, JohnB)
Each entry will include 6 golfers
o One golfer from each Pool Group
o Each entry will select 2 golfers from Pool Groups 2-4 as their Wild Card selections
o All entries should look like this
 Group 1
 Group 2
 Group 3
 Group 4
 Wildcard 1 (Any golfer from Group 2 through 4)
 Wildcard 2 (Any golfer from Group 2 through 4)
The four golfers with the lowest scores will be that entries foursome
Foursome with the lowest cumulative score wins
Each participant will choose one golfer from their group of 6 (except their Group 1 selection) as
a tiebreaker
If a tiebreaker is not designated it will automatically be that foursome’s Group 4 golfer
All entries must be submitted by the time play begins Thursday morning
If two foursomes have identical scores then the tiebreak golfer with the lowest cumulative score
wins
If both tiebreak golfers have identical cumulative scores then the golfer with the lowest round of
the tournament wins
If a golfer from a foursome does not make the cut then that golfer will be assigned the highest
round for that particular day.
o Example – If you choose Dustin Johnson and he doesn’t make the cut, and the high
round of the field on Saturday is 84. Dustin Johnson will be assigned an 84 for Saturday
as will every golfer who didn’t make the cut. Same method used for Sunday.
Payouts will be dependent on final pool size
