Some models have two separate reflectors with two light bulbs

pointing inward.

Some models have single reflector with two light bulbs pointing

outward.

Some models have single reflector with one light bulbs facing left.

This bulletin informs technicians about the mid light

assembly service with respect to the socket and

plastic reflector.

New Design

Models 2 plastic reflector facing inward with double sided tape

attached to the bottom tab.

Models 2 plastic reflectors facing outward with double sided tape

attached to the bottom tab.

Models with single plastic mid light.

Key changes implemented in Plastic

Mid light assembly:

I. Reflector changed from metal to plastic.

II. Double Sided tape is attached to the bottom tab.

Recommended Field Repair

How to fix the faulty socket of an old product or new

product:

• Remove the mid light assembly by opening the two

top screws for old design. For new plastic design you

need to detach the double-sided tape used at bottom.

• Replace the old socket with new socket. The socket

catalog numbers are WR02X10645 for domestic

models.

The socket catalog numbers are WR02X11007 for

international models.

• Assemble back the mid light assembly with the top

screws. For the new plastic refl ector use double sided

tape at bottom.

If mid light assembly replacement is

required:

• Remove the mid light assembly by opening the two top

screws for old design. For new plastic design you need

to detach the double-sided tape used at bottom.

• Replace the old assembly with assembly. The new

assembly catalog numbers for different models are:

For domestic models that have two mid lights with

domestic sockets:

For international models that have two mid lights with

international socket:

• For replacing the assembly use the top screws and a

double sided tape at bottom as shown in fi gure below.

• While replacing take care the lamps face the same

way as in the original assembly.
