The purpose of this bulletin is to address the complaint of a “Bubbling” sound
on Monogram Bottom Freezer Refrigerators. This sound is similar to that of an
aquarium air pump and is caused by the refrigerant passing through the oil in
the accumulator. This condition is corrected by replacing the accumulator
assembly with a new accumulator kit WR49X10143
Models Affected: ZIC360NRRH, ZIC360NRLH, ZICS360NRRH, & ZICS360NRLH
Part Required: Accumulator Kit WR49X10143
(Includes Accumulator, (4) wire ties, & (4) wire clips)
Tools required: #2 Phillips Screwdriver
Wire Cutter
Brazing Torch
Procedure: Remove the Accumulator and replace with Accumulator Assembly
WR49X10143. See installation instructions included with the new accumulator
assembly for detailed step-by-step instructions.

Eliminate “Bubbling” Sound
To prevent electrical shock, disconnect power to the refrigerator
before you begin. Turn off the water supply.
Do not operate refrigerator until the installation is complete.
