* Studies conducted at University of Northern Colorado (2014) and Oldenburg Horzentrum (2013) showed that Speech Reception Thresholds (SRT) in cocktail-party situations improved up
to 2.9 dB for wearers with mild to moderate hearing loss using binax with Narrow Directionality, compared to people with normal hearing. This corresponds to over 25% improvement in
speech understanding. **When used with the easyTek remote streamer. Copyright © 2015 Siemens Hearing Instruments, Inc. All rights reserved. 1/15 SHI/15590-15
binax the next generation of BestSound™ Technology
enables wearers to achieve up to 25% better speech
understanding than individuals with normal hearing in
challenging listening environments like restaurants and
cocktail parties. And during AAA 2015, the binax
portfolio will be bigger than ever.
The foundation of binax is the e2e 3.0 wireless system
that enables audio exchange between hearing aids.
Coupled with powerful binaural sound processing, the
result is unprecedented directionality, while preserving
spatial perception automatically with minimal battery
consumption. This technology is so advanced, it
performs exceptionally well in a car and in wind.

2015 AAA CONVENTION WALKING GUIDE ....8
Welcome to the 2015 Walking Guide to the AAA Convention, brought to you
by The Hearing Review. Each year, the convention provides a forum for
hearing care professionals to see the latest products, services, and tech-
nologies, and learn about the latest news and findings related to the industry, with
information provided by the participating companies.
HR makes it a little easier for convention attendees to get the jump on the infor-
mation they seek by providing this guide, which includes a schedule of events, as
well as a listing of exhibitors and a walking tour of the exhibit hall.
We hope to see you at the convention!
