OverviewThe Spirit Wireless Controller uses advancedtechnology which gives you the ability to playwithout the limitations of a typical corded con-troller, hence there are a few switches and LED(lights) not found on your basic Xbox™Controller.Channel Switch (Receiver and Controller)This switch selects the broadcast channel of theradio frequency. There are four positions: 1,2,3and 4. There is a corresponding Channel Switchon the receiver. Your middle fingers will be resting on the additional Black and White buttons. The picture below shows the proper finger placement to maxi-mize comfort and performance.4.   Insert a game into your Xbox™5.  Turn on your Xbox™6.  You are now ready to play.714
1.  Make sure your Xbox™ is turned off and the power buttonon the controller is switched on. 2. Plug your new Spirit dongle into controller port one.  If you already have a controller and want to use Spirit as a second controller, make sure you have acontroller plugged into controller port one and plug Spirit dongle into controller port two.3.  Because of Spirit’s additional Black and White buttons you will need hold the controller slightly different than you would a standard Xbox™ controller.  Place your index finger on the additional Black and White buttons. Battery Compartment:Spirit Wireless requires the use of two AA batter-ies.  There are two battery compartments on theSpirit Wireless.  One battery will go in each han-dle.  Because of the battery location the vibrationmotors have been removed from Spirit Wireless,meaning there is no vibration function.  Doublecheck and make sure batteries are inserted correct-ly.Power Save Mode:When not in use the Spirit Wireless Controllerautomatically turns off to conserve batteries.  Toturn on the Spirit Wireless controller you must turnthe power switch to the “Off” position and thenback to the desired channel.NOTE:  Turn off the controller when not in use to extend yourbattery life.Please verify that all the batteries are inserted cor-rectly.
