Penclic Numpad NB2 combines ergonomically sound design with modern keyboard technology
to bring you comfort and efficiency.
Getting started Penclic Numpad NB2

Insert the battery.
Set the power switch to on.
Set the other switch to PC or Apple.
Activate search for Bluetooth device on the device you wish to connect to.
Press the Bluetooth connect button on the Numpad NB2.
If asked for a code, enter it and then press Enter on the Numpad NB2.
Wait for the drivers to install.
Hold Numlock key and then press the number corresponding to your region. See later
page for region.
9. Finished.
How to use your Penclic Numpad NB2
Select your region (Keyboard layout). Hold Num Lock key, then press the number 1, 2 or 3.

While the NumLock is activated all keys will have their primary function. Turn it off to activate the
alternative functions described below.

The NumLock key on the Penclic Numpad NB2 is separate from the normal computer NumLock. This
allows you to use the NB2 with laptops and reduced size keyboards.
LED Behaviour
Blue LED.
1 3 second flash. Unit turned on.
Flashing continuously. Waiting for connection.
Red LED.
2 second flash. Numlock turned off.
Flashing continuously. Low battery.
Green LED.
2 second flash. Numlock turned on.
1 quick flash. Region 1 selected.
2 quick flashes. Region 2 selected.
3 quick flashes. Region 3 selected.

Check the battery.
• When the battery needs charging the LED
will flash red.
• Connect to another computer..
• Trouble connecting finding the Bluetooth connection,

The supported platforms for Penclic Numpad NB2 are all operating systems that support HID 1.1. These
include Windows XP or later, Mac OSX version 10.1 or later and most Linux/BSD flavors. No extra
software/driver installation is needed.
