Time
Shows the current time. You can adjust the time
on the website or app, not directly on the
monitor.
Activity
Shows the calories you burned so far today as
well as how you're doing in relation to your
calorie target.
Heart Rate
Shows your heart rate as well as your current
heart rate zone. The most left block indicates
zone 1, the right one indicates zone 4. Keep the
middle button pressed until the heart is filled, to
activate or deactivate this feature.
Sleep
Shows how long you have slept. In the app or
on the website you can check how well you've
slept. Keep the middle button pressed until the
moon is filled, to activate or deactivate this
feature.
Wearing Position
Shows your selected wearing position. Press the
middle button to navigate through the wearing
positions. Then keep the middle button pressed
until the icon is filled, to select your wearing
pogfion.
Status
Shows the battery status and Bluetooth pairing status.

The Activity Monitor is intended to be used for healthy adults who
want to gain insight into their activity, exercise and sleep
behavior.
Setting Up Your Activity Monitor
Charge the Activity Monitor
Before using it for the first time, fully charge the monitor until the
battery status on the monitor's display turns green. The battery
life depends on the usage. We recommend that you connect it
regularly to keep it charged. A red light on the display indicates
the battery is low.
How to charge the Activity Monitor
1. Connect the monitorto the charger as follows:
. Insert the monitor with the display facing up.
- Make sure the contact points on your monitor point toward
the contacts inside the charger.
~ Push the side with the contact points into the charger, and
then push the other side in until it clicks.
° Connect the charger to your computer or a USB charger.
2. Once properly connected, you’ll see a battery animation on the
display of the monitor.
3. Charge until the battery icon turns green.

To start using the monitor, briefly touch the two outermost
buttons at the same time.
