It may result inimproper display on your Center’s 2-wayremote control.–Keep Stations adequately apart or indifferent angles (e.g. in different roomsblocked by one wall). English PreparationUsing the remote controlWACS5 are equipped with two remotecontrols, one for Center and the other forStation. By using either of the remote controls,you can operate both Center and Station.IMPORTANT!–Always point the remote control directlytowards IR area on the Center or Stationyou wish to operate.–Some functional keys on Center’s remotecontrol are exclusively used for Center (forexample, CD/MP3-CD, MARK/UNMARK,MUSIC BROADCAST etc.) Putting batteries in placeCenter’s remote control:1Open the battery compartment .132Station’s remote control:● Remove the protective plastic tab before using the Station’s remote control.To replace the batteries1Press and hold 1 as indicated.2Simultaneously, pull the battery tray at 4.3Remove the old battery and put a new CR2025battery in place.4Put back the battery tray.CAUTION!–Remove batteries if they areexhausted or will not be used for a longtime.– Do not use old and new or differenttypes of batteries in combination.–Batteries contain chemical substances,so they should be disposed of properly.CR2025LITHIUM 2➠313Put back the compartment door.2Insert 4 batteries type R03 or AAA into theremote control with the correct polarity asindicated by the "+" and "-" symbols insidethe battery compartment.WACS5_Eng/37 8/3/2005, 15:1223
EnglishPreparation Using Center’s remote controlBattery usage: As a remote control withsynchronous display, Center’s remote controlconsumes more power than normal remotecontrols. When its batteries are low or empty, theicon appears on the remote control’s display.Replace the batteries with new alkaline batteries.By default, Center’s remote control works withCenter only.
