The Dubai Lamp initiative is the result of
a unique research partnership between
Philips Lighting and Dubai Municipality,
resulting in the development of the
world’s rst commercially available 200
lumen per Watt LED lamp, available in
widely used shapes and colors.
By replacing conventional lamps with
Dubai Lamp, households and enterprises
can reduce energy used for lighting by up
to 90%. Besides raising light and energy
eciency to new levels, Dubai Lamp is
extremely durable with an average
lifespan of up to 25 times longer than
conventional lamps.
