BackBeat® 903+
Bluetooth® Headphones
Bluetooth wireless technology provides
a way for devices, like headphones and
phones, to communicate with each other
without wires.
“Pairing” is the set-up process of introducing
your headphones to your phone. Before
using your headphones for the first time,
you must pair them with your Bluetooth-
enabled phone.
Pairing is a one-time process unless your
phone loses the connection or you want to
pair to a new phone.
2. SET
First time, right out of the box:
With headphones turned off, activate
Bluetooth pairing mode by pressing
Power/Pairing button on. The LED flashes
red/blue to indicate pairing mode.
Pairing new phone/reconnecting original:
With headphones turned off, press
Power/Pairing button until the LED flashes
red/blue.
1. READY 2. SET 3. CONNECT
Check the Battery Level:
If you are on a call or listening to music and
hear 3 high tones then you have under 5
minutes talk time remaining.
At other times, you can check the battery
level by tapping the Power button. The
headphones will say how many hours of of
use remain. The LED also flashes red to
show the charge level.
1 flash = more than 2/3 full
2 flashes = 1/3 - 2/3 full
3 flashes = less than 1/3 full
For the best sound performance and a
secure, comfortable fit, be sure to adjust the
headphones to rest gently in your ear and
drape around the back of your neck.
1. Drape the stereo cable behind your neck.
2. Guide one earpiece behind your ear and
secure the eartip inside your ear using the
telescoping/swivel adjustments.
3. Repeat step 2 with the other earpiece and
continue to adjust the fit in either ear until
both eartips rest comfortably and
securely in your ears.
