QUICK START
GUIDE
Introduction to function
With novel headset design, this product adopts renowned CSR8645
stereo Bluetooth chip, which guarantees high fidelity, stable
performance and excellent communication effect. This product supports
Bluetooth V4.1, Bluetooth A2D and call.
Easy Pairing
With the power off, slide the power switch To the “ON” position.
When the headset enters pairing mode, the LED indicator will show a
solid blue light.
(Speech: Ready to pair)
Using your phone, find the Bluetooth Menu and search for new devices.
Select “HV‐930”from the list of devices and pair it with your phone.
If you are asked for the Password/PIN code during the pairing Procedure,
please enter”0000”(4 Zeros).
Once pairing has completed successfully, you will hear a beep, (Speech:
Your headset paired).
After pairing successfully, be sure to “Connect” to the HV‐930,
(Speech: Connected)
Some phones will ask for permission to access the phones contact list.
If you would like to use Name Alert Function, please select OK or Allow
Access.
Advanced Multipoint
The HV‐930 is capable of having two devices connected to the headset at
the same time.
This will give you the freedom of using call waiting between calls on both
of your connected phones.
Connection
Pair the headset with one of your Bluetooth‐enabled phones.
Turn the headset off.
With the power off, press the CALL button and slide the power switch to
the “ON” position at the same time for 2 seconds to enter Manual
pairing mode.
Now, pair and connect the headset with your other Bluetooth‐enabled
phone.(This will be your primary phone).
Once this phone is paired and connected , go back and connect the
originally paired phone to the headset, This will now be your secondary
phone.
Note: When the HV‐930 is connected to two phones at the same time
(Multipoint), the phone calling function will work with the primary
phone.
Note: In case of failure to connect to the primary phone through Easy
Pairing. The HV‐930 will enter pairing mode.
Calling function
Voice Dialing and Last Number Redial features work with the primary
phone(or handset which made the last out going call).
Calling waiting
While speaking on an active call, press and hold the CALL button for 1
second to switch to an incoming call.
To switch between 2 active calls, press and hold the CALL button for 1
second
To end both calls , briefly press the CALL button.
If both phones are receiving an incoming call, the headset will default to
the Primary device.
Calling
Answer a call
When there is an incoming call, the headset will ring and vibrate, Briefly
Press the VOLUME DOWN button to stop vibration, Briefly press the
CALL button to answer the incoming call.
Make a Call (Last Number Redial)
Press and hold the CALL button for one second.
Make a Call (Voice Dial)
Briefly press the CALL button to activate your handset’s voice command
menu.
End a Call
Briefly press the CALL button.
Call Waiting
Press and hold the CALL button for one second.
Call Reject
Press and hold the CALL button for one second when the headset rings,
(Speech: Call Rejected).
Mic Mute
Press and hold the VOLUME UP and Volume DOWN button at the same
time for 1 second to mute/unmute the Mic during conversation.
Audio Streaming
Play
Briefly press the PLAY/PAUSE/STOP Button.
Pause
While playing music,briefly press the PLAY/PAUSE/STOP Button.
Stop
While playing music,press and hold the PLAY/PAUSE/STOP Button for 1
seconds.
Next Song
Briefly press the FAST FORWARD button.
Previous song
Briefly press the REWIND button.
Fast Forward
Press and hold the FAST FORWARD button.
Rewind
Press and hold the REWIND button.
Equalizer
While playing music, press and hold the VOLUME UP and VOLUME
DOWN buttons at the same time for 1 second to switch between EQ’S,
Bass Boost(Default)
→Normal→Treble Boost.
Battery Status Alert
To check the battery status,press and hold
The VOLUME DOWN button for 1 second.
There are 3 levels of battery status:“Battery High”, “Battery medium”
and “Battery low”.
HV‐930 battery status indicator will appear on the Iphone screen.
