This device complies with part 15 of the FCC
rules. Operation is subject to the following
two conditions: (1) This device may not cause
harmful interference, and (2) This device must
accept any interference received, including
interference that may cause undesired
operation.
Note: This equipment has been tested and
found to comply with the limits for a Class B
digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC
Rules. These limits are designed to provide
reasonable protection against harmful
interference in a residential installation. This
equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio
frequency energy and, if not installed and used
in accordance with the instructions, may cause
harmful interference to radio communications.
However, there is no guarantee that interference
will not occur in a particular installation.
If this equipment does cause harmful
interference to radio or television reception,

be used in such a manner that the potential for

RF Exposure Information:
Polar M450 device was evaluated for body-worn
operations with the separation distance of 1
cm (0.39 inches) between the user’s body and
the device. To comply with FCC and Industry
Canada RF exposure requirements, a minimum
separation distance of 1 cm (0.39 inches) must
be maintained between the user’s body and the
device.
If positioned less than 10 mm from the body the
SAR measurement of the device may exceed the
FCC and Industry Canada exposure guidelines
for body-worn operations.

Le dispositif Polar M450 été évalué en vue d’une
utilisation comme appareil portatif avec la
distance de séparation de 1 cm entre le corps
de l’utilisateur et le dispositif. Pour satisfaire aux
exigences de la FCC et d’Industry Canada en
matière d’exposition aux radiofréquences, une
distance d’au moins 1 cm doit être maintenue
