Pyle Audio Inc. will give a one year limited on parts and labor on all Pyle
products, unless otherwise stated. In warranty merchandise will be repaired
or replaced at the discretion of Pyle Audio Inc. Service Department. Just
follow the instructions on the warranty card enclosed with every item to
obtain warranty service. Out of warranty merchandise will be repaired
with nominal charges for parts and labor. This warranty will not be extended
to any product subject to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper
installation, installed in a commercial vehicle or used in violation of
instruction furnished by us or to product which has been repaired or
altered outside of the factory. In no way shall Pyle Audio Corp. be held
responsible for consequential or inconsequential damages. Some states
do not allow this exclusion, so the above may not apply to you. You may
