My app failed to
download and install.
I get a failure when
adding air conditioner.
Phone must be compatible, iOS
ver. 8+. Android ver. 4.0+. Check
network connection.
Wireless router has a 2.4 GHz radio.
Range is less than 10 meters.
1. Check voltage supply to the
unit.
2. Is the air conditioner set to
- Cooling, Low fan speed and
temperature set to 86°F/30°C?
3.Wi-Fi password need to be 2~31
characters.
Please notice that if the FCC identification number is not
visible when the module is installed inside another device,
then the outside of the device into which the module is
installed must also display a label referring to the enclosed
module. This exterior label can use wording such as the
following: “Contains FCC ID: 2ALD3-MKQTWIFI08” any
similar wording that expresses the same meaning may be
used.
The module is limited to OEM installation ONLY.
The OEM integrator is responsible for ensuring that the
end-user has no manual instruction to remove or install
module.
The module is limited to installation in mobile application;
A separate approval is required for all other operating
configurations, including portable configurations with
respect to Part 2.1093 and difference antenna
configurations.
There is requirement that the grantee provide guidance to
the host manufacturer for compliance with Part 15B
requirements.
Insert USB WiFi module into port
A smart phone and wireless router with internet connection
is required.
1. Have wireless router information on hand including password
to make connecting to WiFi module easier.
2. If the WiFi module is damaged, claims are handled by a local
authorized service company.
3. Please keep the WiFi module away from children.
1. The WiFi module is covered by a 1 year accessory warranty.
The air conditioner unit is covered by standard warranties (see
owners manual).
2. Do not disassemble the WiFi module. This will void warranty.
3. Dropping the WiFi module can also void warranty.
After downloading the App;
1. Open the app
2. Select Add device
3. Select Sign up (skip if an account has already
been created)
4. Login and follow steps to connect to unit.

Version 8.0 or higher.
Note: Turn the air conditioner off, and disconnect power cord before installing.
Version 4.0 or higher.
