Qingping Bluetooth Temperature and Humidity Monitor User Manual
Welcome to Qingping Bluetooth Temperature and Humidity Monitor
Start using
Please open the back cover and pull out the insulating plastic piece embedded in the battery
compartment:
After pulling out the insulating plastic sheet, the Qingping Bluetooth Temperature and Humidity
Monitor will start working.
Desktop mode
Qingping Bluetooth Temperature and Humidity Monitor can be used on the desktop.
By splitting the back cover halfway (at an angle of 45° to the body), the Qingping Bluetooth
Temperature and Humidity Monitor can be placed on the desktop smoothly:
* Please avoid placing this product on the surface of suede or raised particles to prevent the vent
hole at the bottom of the product from being blocked, resulting in inaccurate measurement.
Wall mode
Qingping Bluetooth Temperature and Humidity Monitor can be used with wall stickers and
attached to the wall.
There is a wall sticker in the package, and the double-sided adhesive is stuck on the back of the
wall sticker:
Remove the double-sided adhesive film, stick the wall sticker to the selected position, and then
absorb the Qingping Bluetooth Temperature and Humidity Monitor:
Switching temperature unit
The temperature unit of the Qingping Bluetooth Temperature and Humidity Monitor can be
switched between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F).
Short press the button on the back of the product to switch:
Connect to Qingping Air App
The “Qingping Air” mobile App can be downloaded at cleargrass.com/air. You can also scan the
QR code below to download:
After installing the App, please add the device to the App, select “Qingping Bluetooth
Temperature and Humidity Monitor” and follow the prompts.
* After opening the Qingping Air App and connecting the Qingping Bluetooth Temperature and
Humidity Monitor, it will automatically synchronize the last 30 days of historical data, please keep
the Bluetooth connection unblocked during the process.
* Remote access to the data of Qingping Bluetooth Temperature and Humidity Monitor through
Qingping Air App, need to be equipped with Qingping Bluetooth gateway device.
Replacement battery
When the screen does not display content, please replace the battery. The Qingping Bluetooth
Temperature and Humidity Monitor uses a button battery of the CR2430.
Completely open the back cover (at an angle of 90° to the body) and then use a coin or similarly
shaped object as a wrench to unscrew the battery cover:
After putting in a new battery, screw on the battery cover and the Qingping Bluetooth
Temperature and Humidity Monitor will restart work immediately.
* After removing the battery, the content may still be displayed on the screen, which is normal.
The screen of this product is an electronic ink screen that can be kept for a while without power.
Reset
It is usually not necessary to restore the factory settings. If you want to erase the data recorded
locally by the Qingping Bluetooth Temperature and Humidity Monitor and release the pairing
with the Qingping Air App, you can restore the factory settings.
Restore factory settings:
Press and hold the button on the back of the product for 8 seconds to let the screen start to
highlight all the segments;
Press and hold the button on the back of the product for 2 seconds, then release your hand
and the screen will return to normal display, the factory reset will be completed.

Inaccurate reading
1. When the environment changes drastically,
for example, when moving from outside to
indoors, the product takes about 10 minutes
to bring the readings closer to the new
environment.
2. When the product is hand-held, the
temperature of the human body will have an
effect on the reading, resulting in a difference
between the reading and the actual
environment.
3. Check if the vent hole at the bottom of the
product is blocked. If it is clogged, please
clean it carefully to avoid damaging the
sensor.
Screen display E1
The temperature is outside the sensor range.
Allow the product to stand at normal room
temperature for 10 minutes.
The screen turns black occasionally and then
returns to normal.
The screen of this product is an electronic ink
screen, which needs to be refreshed
completely after being partly refreshed
several times. When you refresh partly, the
screen will not all turn black. When the
screen is completely refreshed, the screen
will all turn black and then return to normal
within 1 second.
The screen does not display content.
Please check if the product has been enabled
according to the instructions on page 1 of this
manual. If it is enabled, try replacing the
battery. The battery type is a button battery,
model number CR2430.
The screen still displays after the battery is
removed.

Warranty description
The service of Qingping Bluetooth Temperature and Humidity Monitor is strictly based on the
Consumer Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and the Product Quality Law of the
People's Republic of China. The service is as follows:
1. Within 7 days from the date of your receipt, the product has the performance failure listed in
the “Product Performance fault list”. It is determined by the Qingping After-sales Service
Department that you can have the refund or exchange service free of charge;
2. From the 8th to the 15th day after the signing of the next day, the product has the
performance failure listed in the “Product Performance fault list”. It is determined by the
Qingping After-sales Service Department that you can havethe replacement or repair service free
of charge;
3. Within 12 months from the date of your receipt, this product has the performance failure
listed in the “Product Performance fault list”. It is determined by the Qingping After-sales Service
Department that you can have the maintenance service free of charge.
Non-warranty regulations
1. Unauthorized repair, misuse, collision, neglect, abuse, liquid injection, accident, alteration,
improper use of accessories that does not belong to this product;
2. tearing, altering stickers, anti-counterfeiting marks, etc.;
3. The validity period of the "three guarantees" (for repair, replacement or compensation of
faulty products) has been exceeded;
4. Damage caused by force majeure;
5. Does not meet the performance failures listed in the Product Performance fault list;
6. This product and its accessories have caused performance failures listed in the Product
Performance fault list due to human factors.
