Charging your TZ-901 E-Reader
Charge your TZ-901 E-Reader for six (6) hours before
using it in battery mode for the rst time.
Connect the micro USB cable to the power adapter.
Plug the micro USB connector into your TZ-901 E-Reader.
Plug the power adapter into a grounded power outlet.
To charge your TZ-901 E-Reader:

Turning your TZ-901 E-Reader on
To turn your TZ-901 E-Reader on, press the power button for
about three (3) seconds.
NOTES:
To wake your TZ-901 E-Reader from standby mode, press the
power button.
In the event that your TZ-901 E-Reader becomes
unresponsive, press and hold the power button and the
Home button at the same time to restart your TZ-901 E-
Reader.

Saving les in your TZ-901 E-Reader
NOTE: Your TZ-901 E-Reader supports e-books in ePub, PDF,
CBZ, and TXT formats.
IMPORTANT! To save audio les and book les, ensure that
you save them in their corresponding folders. Save the audio
les in audio folder and e-book les in book folder.
To save les from your compter to your TZ-901 E-Reader:
1. Plug the micro USB connector into your TZ-901 E-Reader.
2. Plug the micro USB cable to your computer’s USB port.
3. On your TZ-901 E-Reader, tap Connect to PC.
4. On your computer, open Computer > TZ-901 then save
your les in your TZ-901 E-Reader.

Installing your TZ-901 E-Reader to the
leather holster
To install your TZ-901 E-Reader to the leather holster:

RF Exposure Information (SAR)
This device meets the government’s requirements for
exposure to radio waves. This device is designed and
manufactured not to exceed the emission limits for
exposure to radio frequency (RF) energy set by the Federal
Communications Commission of the U.S. Government.
The exposure standard employs a unit of measurement
known as the Specic Absorption Rate, or SAR. The SAR limit
set by the FCC is 1.6 W/kg. Tests for SAR are conducted using
standard operating positions accepted by the FCC with the
EUT transmitting at the specied power level in dierent
channels.
