About charging
•
Use only the charger supplied with your device. Use of another type of charger
will result in malfunction and/or danger.

Although your device is IP65 rated, when using it outdoors you should only plug
the power adapter into a weatherproof, covered outlet with Ground Fault Circuit
Interrupter (GFCI) protection.

Do not use an extension cord unless it is absolutely necessary. Using the wrong,
damaged or improperly wired extension cord could result in the risk of fire and
electrical shock. If an extension cord must be used outdoors, ensure that the
extension cord is suitable for outdoor use and that both the AC power adapter
and the connection between the AC power adapter and the extension cord are
properly weatherproofed, such as through the use of a weatherproof box.

Allow adequate ventilation around the charger when using it to operate the
device or charge the battery. Do not cover the charger with paper or other
objects that will reduce cooling. Do not use the charger while it is inside a
carrying case.

About the battery
This unit contains a non-replaceable internal Lithium Ion battery. The battery can
burst or explode, releasing hazardous chemicals. To reduce the risk of re or
burns, do not disassemble, crush, puncture, or dispose of in re or water.
Caution: Risk of explosion if battery is replaced by an incorrect type. Use the
battery only in the specified equipment.
The battery must only be serviced by authorized service provider and should be
recycled or disposed of separately from household waste, in accordance with local
laws.
Caring for your device
Taking good care of your device will ensure trouble-free operation and
reduce the risk of damage to your device:
