![7BASIC OPERATIONPower ON / OFF Rotate [VOL] clockwise to turn power on;1. Rotate [VOL] counter-clockwise to turn power off.2. Receiving and transmitting Transmitting Push 1. Choose low power for short range communication, choose high power for longer distance communication.Some channels are for low power only. Push and hold 2.
