Unlike other active RFID tags, RT02’sbattery is replaceable but the tag is still waterproofand dust-proof. Operators can replace a new batterywhen it runs out.RT02’s mounting design allows users to fix it onvarious items easily. With relatively low cost, RT02 also has excellentreading range and reliability for industrial applications suchas Vehicle management, Warehouse management and soon.VehiclemanagementWith RT02’s mounting design, RT02 can be fixed onvehicle easily. When the vehicles go in or out a zone,reader will read the tag and the vehicle information will beshown in the system simultaneously. It can make thevehicle management more convenient.WarehousemanagementWith RT02’s excellent anti-collision function, reader canread more than 100 tags simultaneously. When a load ofgoods go in or out a warehouse, reader will read the tagssimultaneously and the goods’ information will be recordedimmediately. It makes a warehouse management mucheasier.Heavydusty,harshenvironmentapplicationsRT02 is waterproof, dust proof and shock proof. 10Hong Kong RFID Limitediii. Insert the CR2450 battery from the side with itspositive pole upward and negative pole downward.(Please do not use other battery model)iv. Lay the battery cover flat on the compartment thathas installed battery and put the two screws into theholes.
11Hong Kong RFID Limitedv. Screw the nuts tightly.vi. Check if latches are in right place or so long as thewhole cover is not deformed, it’s OKvii. Finish installation, RT02 start workBecause RT02 has factory default setting whendelivery, customers simply install the batteryaccording to above steps and the tag will startcommunication with readers.

20Hong Kong RFID LimitedMaintenanceWarranty for RFID Device (Consumables)TERMS and CONDITIONSHK-RFID warrants RFID Devices (Consumables) sold tocustomers (the “Device(s)”) against defects in workmanshipand materials for a period of three (3) months from theoriginal date of delivery under the following conditions:(1) Customer's sole and exclusive remedy and the entireliability of HK-RFID under this warranty will be, at HK-RFID’s option, repair or replacement of the product ifreported within the period of warranty after the defect.(2) The warranty card must be presented together with theofficial purchase receipt or dealer's invoice whenwarranty service is rendered. Otherwise, HK-RFIDreserves the right to refuse the provision of free warrantyduring the warranty period.(3) All sales are final. In no event does HK-RFID warrant oraccept the return of Device is error free or that customerwill be able to operate the product without problems orinterruptions.(4) Customers may return defective Devices to HK-RFID forone-to-one replacement within three (3) months underthe terms and conditions set forth in this warranty.(5) Before returning any Device for replacement, be sure toback up data and remove any confidential, proprietary, orpersonal information from the Device.
