1. Your OverDryve’”
Caution: Important Safety Information
Navigation
Use this deVice at your own risk.
Use this deVice only when it is safe to do so.
Look at the display only when it is safe to do so.
Traffic regulations always have priority over any instructions
from the naVigation system.
Follow navigation system instructions only when local regulations
and road traffic allow you do so.
Make sure that the mount is securely mounted and properly
adjusted before each trip.
Note: If you do not understand the spoken instructions or are
unsure of what to do next, refer to the navigation map on your
naVigation deVice.
Installation
Make sure that the mount does not impair the driver’s ViSibility.
Do not attach the mount Within the airbag deployment zone.
When installing the mount, make sure that it does not pose a risk
in the event of an accident.
Do not run cables directly next to safetyerelevant deVices and
power supplies.
After installation, check all safety-relevant equipment.
Connect the wall charger to a iZOV or 240V outlet only.
Connect the vehicle charger to a 12V outlet only.
Device
Do not use sharpeedged obiects on the deVice touch screen.
The device is not waterproof and is not protected against
water damage.
Protect the deVice from extreme temperatures. Operating
temperature for the deVice is between 32 degrees F and
120 degrees F.
Do not open the deVice casing.
Do not attempt to replace the battery. Contact Rand McNally
Customer Support with questions about the battery.
Always follow local regulations when disposing of this deVice.
Note: Make sure that there are no kinks in the cable and that
it Will not be damaged by any sharp obiects.
Note: Use only a meist cloth to clean the device.
Note: Do not pull the cable to unplug the unit.

' Car charger Remove the suction cup protective film.
- USB wall charger Attach the two pieces of the mount together and lock into place.

Plug the power cord into the mount and the vehicle’s 12-volt
power source.

2. Getting Started
- Connect to the Internet
Enable the Wi-Fi hotspot on your smartphone or other in-vehicle
device and then connect OverDryve.

Register with Rand McNally for updates and support.

Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone and pair OverDryve to enable
hands-free calling and texting while you're on the road.

Listen to calls and stream musrc through your car stereo system by
connecting OverDryve through one of three methods:

Parr your iPhone or Android phone to OverDryve Via Bluetooth to send
Messaging 0‘ texts hands-free. Tap the Messaging button and the Smart Assistant wrll
ask who you would like to text. Speak the name of any of your contacts.

you would like to send. Smart Assistant can also read back text messages

Pair your iPhone or Andreid phone to OverDryve Vla Bluetooth to make
calls hands-free. Tap the Phone button and the Smart Assistant Will ask
who you would like to call. Speak the name of any of your contacts. The
Smart Assistant Will place the call. Smart Assistant can also answer phone
calls you receive.
The Smart Assistant is also available by tapping the mic button. —

Tap the search bar at the top of the screen to type in any address, or
search by keyword. Tap any of the categories to search for specrfic types
of destinations.
Once a destination is entered, tap "Start Navrgation" to begin the route.
The blue bar at the top of the screen directs you to the next maneuver.
For more information, see the onboard help Within the Navigation app.

View diagnostics and engine stats for your vehicle With the OBDII plug-in,
available as a separate accessory. The OBDII deVice plugs in to the port
under your dashboard, on the driver’s side. Pair it With your iPhone or
Aridrord phone Via Bluetooth and download the tree app to View engine
data in real time.
Check your tire pressure and receive warnings about low pressure With the
Tire Pressure Monitoring System, available as a separate accessory. Screw
the caps onto each of your tires and pair the receiver With your iPhone or
AndrOId phone Via Bluetooth. Download the tree app to View tire pressure
and temperature.
