Bluetooth headset R6230
User’s Guide
1. Introduction
The blue tooth headset allows your freedom to make and receive calls while on
the move or in the office. You can connect the headset to a compatible phone that
supports Bluetooth wireless technology
Read this user guide carefully before using the headset, Read the user guide for
your phone, which provides important safety and maintenance information,
Keep the headset and It’s accessories out of reach of small children.
Bluetooth wireless technology
Bluetooth wireless technology allows you to connect compatible communication
devices without cables, A blue tooth connection does not require the phone and
the headset be in line of sight, but both devices should be within 10
meters(30feet)of each others. Connections can be subject to interference from
obstructions, such as walls, or other electronic devices.
The headset is compliant with the Bluetooth specification3.0+EDR supporting
the following profiles: Headset Profile1.1 and Hands-free profile1.5 check with
the manufacturers of other devices to determine the compatibility with this
device
There may be restrictions on using Bluetooth technology in same locations
Check with your local authorities or service provider.
1. Get started
Overview
The headset contains the following parts
(1) Ear loop
(2) Bluetooth headset
Before you start using the headset, you must charge the battery and connect
the headset with a compatible phone.
Note: parts of the headset are magnetic, metallic material may be attracted to
the headset. Do not place credit cards or other magnetic storage media near
the headset, because information stored on them maybe erased
Chargers and Batteries
Check the specification of any charger before using it with this device
Warning: use only approved chargers with this particular enhancement. The
use of any other types may invalidate any approval or warranty and maybe
dangerous
For availability of approved enhancement, please check with your dealer,
when you disconnect the power cord of any enhancement grasp and pull the
plug, not the cord
Battery Charging
This device has an internal non-removable, rechargeable battery Do not
attempt to remove the battery from the device as you may imagine .
1. Connect the charger to the headset
2. Connect the charger to a USB port of PC. The red indicating light will be
on during charging, disconnect the charger if charging does not start.
Plug it in again, and retry. Charging the battery fully may take 2 hours
3. when the battery is fully charged, the red indicator turns off and the blue
indicating light turns on. Disconnect the charger from the wall outlet and
the headset
The fully charged battery takes 4 hours for talking-time and 7.5 hours stand
by time. However, the talking and stand by time may vary with different
mobile phones, products that use Bluetooth connection, usage settings, styles
and environments
On/ Off Switching
To switch On, press and hold the power key for 2sec or until you see the blue
indicator or hear a beep ready for use.
To switch Off, press and hold the power key, until you see the red indicator or
hear a beep.
Connecting the headset to a compatible phone,
1. activate the Bluetooth feature on your phone and have it ready to search
for Bluetooth devices, see user guider of your phone for instructions
2. press the power button of the headset for about 5 seconds until you see
blue-red light blinking
3. Search the Bluetooth device on your mobile phone
4. from the list of device, select our Bluetooth headset model
5. enter the password or code 0000 to connect the headset. In some phones
you may need to make the connection separately after connecting, see the
user guide of your phone for instructions
6. if the connection is successful the headset will beep and appear in the
phone menu, where you can view the currently connected Bluetooth
devices
Disconnect the headset from the phone
To disconnect the headset from your phone (for example to connect the phone to
another Bluetooth device)
Do one of the following
Switch off the headset
Disconnect the headset in the Bluetooth menu of your phone
Move the headset more than 10 meters (30feet)
Away from the phone
You do not need to delete the connection with the headset to disconnect it
Reconnect the headset to your phone
To connect the headset to your phone, switch on the headset make the connection
in the Bluetooth menu of your phone or press and hold the answer/end key
You can set your phone to connect with the headset automatically when the
headset is switched on, By changing your connected device settings in the
Bluetooth menu.
Trouble shooting
If you can not connect the headset to your phone, do as follows. Ensure that the
headset is charged, switched on, and paired with and connected to your phone
Ensure that the Bluetooth feature is activated on your phone check that the
headset is within 10 meters (30feet) of your phone and that there are no
obstructions between the headset and the phone, such as walls or other electronic
devices
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two

any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance
could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.

for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules.
These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against
harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment
generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not
installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause
harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no
guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation.
If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or
television reception, which can be determined by turning the
equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the
interference by one or more of the following measures:
-- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
-- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
-- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different
from that to which the receiver is connected.
-- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for
help.
