Follow these steps to install batteries. 1. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws in the battery compartment cover, then Hit the a cover to remove it. 2. Set CHANNEL and "c/‘F inside the companment to the desired settings. (See “Changing the Dis» play Channel‘ on Page to and “Changing the Degree Format" on Page 11.) 3. Place two AA batteries in the compartment according to the polarity symbols (+ and -) marked inside. 4. Use a pointed object (such as a straightened paper clip) to press RESET and initialize the sen sor's transmitter. 5.
