PRO-100 Communications Headset
Your RadioShack PRO-100 Communications Headset
delivers a wide frequency response for impressive sound
in an extremely lightweight design. It is ideal for use with
CB radios, scanners, and shortwave radios. The adjustable headband accommodates any head size or shape
for a comfortable fit.
The frequency response is 20–18,000 Hz. The impedance is 32 ohms ±10%. The diameter of each speaker is
11/2 inches.

FEATURES
High Energy Elements — deliver professional quality
sound in a lightweight package.
Volume Control — lets you set the sound level.
Closed Earcup Design — reduces ambient sound and
provides an acoustically isolated listening experience.

5. Set the sound source’s volume to a mid-range level.
Then adjust the volume control on the left earpiece
until you reach a comfortable listening level.

Listening Safely
To protect your hearing, follow these guidelines when you
use this headset.
• Set the volume to the lowest setting before you begin
listening. After you begin listening, adjust the volume
to a comfortable level.
• Do not listen at extremely high volume levels.
Extended high-volume listening can lead to permanent hearing loss.
• Once you set the volume, do not increase it. Over
time, your ears adapt to the volume level, so a volume level that does not cause discomfort might still
damage your hearing.

Foam-Filled Earcushions — let you listen in comfort.

Traffic Safety

OPERATION

Do not wear this headset while operating a motor vehicle
or riding a bicycle. This can create a traffic hazard and
could be illegal in some areas.

1. Turn down the volume on your sound source.
2. Rotate the volume control on the left earpiece clockwise to its minimum position.

CARE
To enjoy your RadioShack PRO-100 Communications
Headset for a long time:

comfortable fit.
