Phone cordsare fitted with a molded plastic connector which plugs into this type ofjack. If you do not have modular phone jacks, contact your local tele-phone company for information about their installation.Hardwired JackSome equipment is wired directly to a phone jack, and these types ofinstallations require a modular jack converter.
