enabled. To enable Auto Learn. ehoose the option
that meets the bed setup.
a For Powerdown box equipped beds. press the Learn
button on the Powerdown Box for a (two) seeonds
and release.
a For beds without Powerdown. Unplug the bed from
wall outlet for 20 seconds. then plug bed book into
outlet to reset system.
Next, simultaneously press and hold the flat and
head massage off buttons. lrhile holding these
buttons the LED transmission indiontor light (at the
top or the wand) will turn off and then it will
begin flashing rapidly. Continue to hold for 2
seconds then release. The new wand code has been
learned. Please note that when using the auto learn
feature when more than one wireless equipped bed
is in transmission range (approx. so ft. radius) you
must remove power from all beds not intended to
learn the new hand control address.
OTHER FEATURES:
* Both head and foot functions may be operated simultaneously.
* Radio Frequency is 310 MHz.
* To conserve battery life, the transmitter turns off all functions if any
button is pressed for more than 50 consecutive seconds.
* WARNING: The transmitter and the receiver of the wireless control system
have been tested and comply with FCC and Industry Canada rules. Changes
or modifications not expressively approved by the party responsible for
compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.

WIRELESS HAND WAND LEARN SWITCH:
To learn a new hand wand into the receiver,
press this learn switch. Notice the learn light
turns on and stays on until the receiver has
learned its new hand wand or the learn period
has ended (22 sec.). During the learn period
press any button on the new band wand. When
the bed responds. the new hand wand is learned.
LEARN/RECEIVE LIGHT:
This light turns on when
the learn switch has
been pressed and stays
on to indicate the
receiver is waiting for a
hand wand to learn.
When the receiver has
learned a hand wand,
this light will flash while
the receiver is detecting
a signal from any hand
wand, learned or not.
OTHER FEATURES:
“ Each hand wand has its own unique address. programmed at the factory.
‘ Once a hand wand’s address has been learned by the receiver, the receiver will
respond to only that, most recently learned, hand wand.
‘ If power is lost (bed becomes unplugged, power outage, etc.), the receiver will
remember its learned address, and pre—set bed positions (for systems with the
programmable position feature).
