Thetransceiver is supplied to industry customers, and designed to meet the requirements of ARINC716-8 and ARINC 750. Operating instructions are not necessary because the unit is part of alarger VHF communications system. Rockwell Collins does produce the VDL-2000 ComponentMaintenance Manual, a comprehensive installation manual which, pursuant to an agreement withthe FCC staff, is available upon request but in not included in this electronic exhibit.
