Rockwell Collins does not supply operating instructions with the VHF-2100E, which is designed to
meet the requirements of of ARINC 716 and ARINC 750 and is operated by trained pilots as part
of the VHF Communications system. Rockwell Collins does produce the VHF-2100/VHF-2100E
Component Maintenance Manual, a comprehensive installation manual which, pursuant to an
agreement with the FCC staff, is available upon request but is not included in this electronic
exhibit.
