Rockwell Collins does not supply operating instructions with the HST, which is designed to meet
the requirements of ARINC 741 and RTCA DO-210D and is operated by trained pilots as part of
the SATCOM system. Rockwell Collins does produce a comprehensive Installation Manual
which, pursuant to agreement with FCC staff, is available upon request but is not included in
this electronic exhibit.
